- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)

Notes on the apple drink formula index BOM:
- The percentage of fruit in the apple drink should not be less than 10% (Codex) or as per your country's legislation .
- It is preferred to use treated water (TDS < 500).
- Ascorbic Acid is added as antioxidant.
- Citric Acid is added as acidity regulator.
- The flavor dose is based on flavor strength and your organoleptic evaluation and supplier dosage recommendation.
