How To Make Mango Drink With Mango Pulp
To design Mango Juice for Business you can use mango pulp, mango concentrate and mango syrup. The recommended dosage depends on the material you will be using and the final product specification, drink or nectar.
You should buy high quality mango pulp from a trusted supplier and make sure to get a small sample, data sheet and certificate of analysis for the product. Make sure that the Brix not less than 14 and check the other important parameters such as Acidity, pH, Brix/Acid ratio and TC.
Mango Juice Recipes
We will use the same mango drink recipe BOM that we explained before with a small change ( replace the mango concentrate 28% with the mango pulp 14% using half the quantity and please adjust the quantity of the rest of the ingredients to give you the same specifications.
